TERRA is a site-specific art exhibition organized in the UNESCO World Heritage vineyards of Burgundy, combining art and wine.
Organized by Jenn Ellis (Apsara Studio), Emie Diamond and produced by Milena Berman (Hautes Côtes), TERRA presents multidisciplinary works by emerging and established artists.
Installed in historic châteaux, convents, theaters and hotel particular, the exhibition explores the concept of terroir, reflecting the relationship between art, place and history.
Visitors are taken on a sensory journey through painting, sculpture, ceramics and installations in and around Beaune's medieval heritage.

For this 2025 edition, we are delighted to unveil three recent paintings by Claudio Coltorti at Château C in Aloxe-Corton.
They echo a masterpiece, deliberately refusing to fully reveal themselves and thus maintaining a mysterious aura.
Through his reading, travels, and numerous residencies, Claudio collects an infinite source of mental images.
Some of these eventually emerge partially in his works—often in an incomplete, evanescent manner—giving the impression of a distant memory.
The hazy pictorial surface thus reflects an ambivalent space-time, bordering on fiction.

Conversely, Alice Magne's works, exhibited at La Cuverie des Cîteaux in Savigny-lès-Beaune, have a very direct link with the artist's living environment.
Her canvases are tinted by a natural process—a ritual?—which Alice has theorized since her study years at the Villa Arson. Her work perfectly embodies the notion of terroir, which is highlighted in TERRA.
The three large paintings, appearing to be in levitation, confront the viewer and initiate a dialogue with the building's architecture. This a way, both direct and poetic, to bring a certain vibration from the exterior into this former winemaker's house.
The 'Stack' sculpture', composed of nine small works, playfully explores the boundaries between painting and sculpture.
